Detoxing is often associated with deprivation, starvation, purging and punshment.

It doesn’t have to be like that. In fact, that is NOT the way to effectively detox. Our bodies need protein, vitamins and minerals for our liver to do the job of detoxifying. We need fibre to feed our microbiome and move toxins out through the bowel.

I have over 15 years of clinical experience as a Naturopath and have developed a program where I can guide you to safely and effectively detoxify the body, clear the mind and soothe the soul.

How It Works

Sign up for the Do-Able Detox and you’ll be emailed details of how to log in.

The first lesson is the Prep Phase – how to set yourself up for success. I recommend allowing at least few days to get yourself organised.

When you’re ready, move to Day 1 of the detox. Once you’ve completed that lesson (or day), the next lesson will unlock.
